Dr. Shivakant Upadhayaya is an esteemed educationist, researcher, and knowledge worker known for ``Thinking for a Living``. Currently serving as Dean of Academics and Delivery at the Veranda Learning Group, one of India's leading education technology companies, Dr. Upadhayaya firmly believes in the principle that 'all good pedagogy must be tailored to the audience.' In his capacity, he crafts and implements dynamic programs spanning various business verticals, addressing the needs of both fresh MBA candidates and seasoned working professionals. With a rich educational background comprising a Ph.D. from Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune, a Master's Degree in Marketing from Mumbai University, and an SMP from IIM Ahmedabad, coupled with his role as a Member of the Research Advisory Board at Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur, Dr. Upadhayaya brings nearly 38 years of extensive work experience to his endeavors. Having spent close to three decades in the Pharmaceutical Industry, he transitioned to academia nine years ago, leveraging his expertise. Throughout his illustrious career, he has served as a visiting faculty for approximately 25 years, eventually making a full-time switch to academia nearly nine years ago.
